Brooke Daly is a senior-level, healthcare consultant specializing in assisting Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC). Since 2010, Brooke has helped numerous FQHCs with their proposal writing needs including New Access Point proposals, Service Area Competitions, Look-Alike initial applications, Budget Period Project Renewals, Expanded Services Applications, Annual Certifications, Change-in-Scope applications, and more. Additionally, Brooke helps FQHCs meet and exceed the 19 HRSA requirements necessary to become and remain FQHCs.

Brooke lives and works in Northern California and earned a bachelor of science in economics at the University of Missouri, St. Louis in 2002.
